The present invention relates to a composite material which is variably modified in a shape and, more specifically, to a composite material in which a cellulose nano-crystal is physically or chemically interfacially bonded to a substrate consisting of liquid crystal polymers in a predetermined pattern to form a multi-layer of two or more layers, and has a shape changed variably by external stimulation.
