The present invention relates to a public sports facility management system which predicts a management state of fitness equipment and allows real-time responses of a manager and a user to facilitate maintenance and repair and prevent accidents. The public sports facility management system comprises: a data collection unit to collect data including information of public sports facilities from a database of a public institution having a management right of the public sports facilities; a data refining unit to verify public sports facility information data collected from the data collection unit in accordance with a prescribed condition to incorporate a correction item; a location coordinate conversion unit to extract location coordinates of public sports facilities from data verified by the data refining unit and use a predesignated map-based marker display API to map and display the location coordinates and a map; a service providing unit to link the map mapped by the location coordinate conversion unit to a predesignated map service to supply the map to a user terminal and a manager terminal in an application form; and a facility management unit to receive a signal inputted from the manager terminal to convert the signal into a file to be processed in a storage medium to transmit the file to a management server.
