The present invention relates to a stirrer of a microbial carrier applied to a wastewater treatment process, and more particularly, to improve the structure of a stirrer installed in a biological water treatment reaction tank to agitate a microbial carrier to flow in a reaction tank such as an anaerobic tank and an anaerobic tank. The present invention relates to a stirring apparatus for a microbial carrier applied to a wastewater treatment process for uniformly agitating a phase microbial carrier at low energy and reducing desorption of microorganisms and breakage of the microbial carrier by stirring.
