Provided is a method for providing a debt collection and management service using bond-based cryptocurrency issuance, comprising the steps of: registering bond data including a credit amount, a debtor, and creditor for bonds; issuing tokens based on the credit amount of the registered bond data and a predetermined token issuance index for issuing tokens in a number corresponding to the credit amount, and granting the tokens to a creditor terminal of the creditor; issuing virtual currency so as to convert the tokens in a number corresponding to an amount of repayment into virtual currency based on a predetermined virtual currency index when the debtor repays part or all of the credit amount, and transmitting the virtual currency to the creditor terminal; and transmitting a predetermined percentage of the issued number of virtual currency to a debtor terminal of the debtor. The present invention can facilitate credit collection.
