The present invention relates to a resistor for adjusting a rotation speed of a fan drive motor of a vehicle air conditioner and, more specifically, to a resistor for adjusting a rotation speed of a fan drive motor of a vehicle air conditioner, wherein a second resistance portion formed between MH resistance terminals and ML resistance terminals of a resistance circuit constituting the resistor is divided into first resistance and second resistance. A second fuse is connected to a portion between the divided first and second resistance. When controlling the rotation speed of the fan drive motor in a segmentalized step by using a conventional resistance circuit, stability of the circuit can be further increased.
