A cosmetic container having an overflow prevention structure of cosmetics of the present invention is composed of: a container body accommodating an impregnation member impregnated with cosmetics; a container frame coupled to the container body; and a container lid coupled to the container frame, wherein the container frame is composed of an outer wall and a cosmetic overflow prevention jaw formed inside the outer wall, and a cosmetic overflow prevention groove is formed on the cosmetic overflow prevention jaw so that cosmetics that are pushed to an edge from the center of the impregnation member and ejected upward when pressing the impregnated member accommodated in the container body are absorbed back to the impregnation member by the cosmetic overflow prevention groove.
