The present invention relates to a hydrogel film fixed vertically in a microfluidic chip and a method of manufacturing the same. In detail, the hydrogel membrane was grafted to allow the free control and control of cell-cell interaction, material diffusion, and exchange using microchannels in the microfluidic chip.
