Disclosed is an impact crusher for producing recycled aggregate for concrete to improve shredding efficiency by improving a structure of a blower bar installed in a rotor in a two horizontal structure divided into the left side and the right side. The impact crusher for producing recycled aggregate for concrete comprises: a main body with a structure in which a shredding chamber is provided inside, and an inlet for supplying construction waste to the shredding chamber is provided on a part of the upper side and an outlet for discharging the shredded construction waste is provided on the lower side; a rotor rotatably installed in the shredding chamber; a plurality of blower bars protruding at regular intervals on the outer circumferential surface of the rotor, rotated with the rotor when the rotor is rotated and shredding the construction waste by applying an impact to the construction waste; and a plurality of hitting plates installed to hit the construction waste while the opposite side moves forth and back around a center axis from one side of the shredding chamber.
