The utility model relates to the field of medicine, namely to obstetrics and can be used to assess the viability of the uterine scar in the early postpartum period. The device includes a working part and a control unit. The working part of the device is represented by a metal casing with two internal longitudinal through channels: irrigation-aspiration and optical. The proximal end of the housing is connected to the control unit. At the distal end of the casing is a cylinder fixed by a retainer. The cylinder is made in the form of a transparent elastic cylinder with a blind distal end and a rounded hole with a sealing ring on the opposite side. The irrigation and aspiration channel is connected with its proximal end to a device for supplying fluid through a control unit, the distal end opens into a balloon. In the optical channel there is a cable loop with a controlled head extending beyond the channel into the cylinder cavity. The head contains a video camera and LEDs. The proximal end of the loop is connected to the control unit.
