FIELD: electrical communication engineering.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication engineering and can be used in satellite communication systems. To this end, a data processing circuit includes a satellite signal differentiation module, a double differencing module, a parity test module and a variation estimation module. Satellite signal differentiation module receives carrier phase measurement results from at least two satellites from at least three reference receivers. Satellite signal differentiation module determines the differences in the carrier phase measurement results between the signals received from the tracked satellite and at least one satellite from among other satellites, the number of which is at least one. Double differencing module forms double differences between pairs of reference receivers; corrects double differences between pairs of receivers; performs a modulo operation and averages the double differences. Parity test module inputs the averaged corrected double differences if the average value exceeds a predetermined threshold value, allowing parity testing. Variation estimation module is configured to estimate the magnitude of the horizontal delay variation.;EFFECT: technical result consists in higher reliability of communication by processing data to track the horizontal variation of satellite signal delays.;20 cl, 4 dwg
