FIELD: mining.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining industry and can be used in development of natural and technogenic high-clay alluvial deposits of minerals and during processing of ash-slag wastes. Method for initiating cavitation-hydrodynamic microdisintegration of mineral component of hydraulic mixture includes high-speed supply of jet into hydrodynamic generator, processing of hydraulic mixture in conditions of active hydrodynamic actions by means of effect of packages of movable elastic plate-like cavitation elements with slot-like gaps arranged inside hydrodynamic generator. To create conditions for stability of the system of electrostatic interaction of diffuse layers of ions of particles of the mineral component of the hydraulic mixture, deep microdisintegration of the mineral component of the hydraulic mixture to micro level (less than 0.1 mcm) is carried out by converting the kinetic energy of the liquid stream into energy of acoustic oscillations in the hydrodynamic generator, at the input of which a high-speed jet is created, which forms the process by means of a package of movable elastic spiral-shaped plate cavitation elements, fixed on the central shell inserts of the central insert and made along a spiral stretched about the vertical axis from top to bottom, which is transformed into spiral with extension with inverse cone – with expansion to lower part of central insert made articulated from cone-shaped surfaces. Amplification of acoustic cavitation oscillations in the hydraulic mixture is additionally carried out along the outer perimeter of the central insert, in zone formed between cone-shaped surfaces of central insert and cone-shaped surfaces of hydrodynamic generator housing by means of movable elastic spiral-shaped plate-like cavitation elements fixed by means of pack retainers, these elements are made with an inverted cone in relation to a package of movable elastic helical plate cavitation elements fixed on the central insertion crossover of the housing.;EFFECT: higher technological efficiency of extraction of minerals.;1 cl, 2 dwg
