Recultivant for cleaning soil and ground from contamination with oil, oil products, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons includes organomineral additives, bottom sediments and oil-oxidising biopreparations. Deposits extracted during dredging works at freshwater objects are used as bottom deposits, "BAK-L" and "BAK-PAU" biopreparations are used as oil-oxidising biopreparations, and nitrogen-containing mineral fertilizer is used as organomineral additives. Ratio of biopreparations "BAK-L" and "BAK-PAU" is 1:1, and their number – up to 5 % of the volume of bottom sediments, and the amount of mineral nitrogen-containing fertilizer is from 5 to 10 wt%. Method of obtaining a recultivant involves mixing bottom sediments with nitrogen-containing mineral fertilizer and subsequent introduction of oil-oxidising biopreparations in the form of a suspension by sprinkling with subsequent drying under natural conditions.
