The present invention relates to the cosmetic use of an acellular culture medium resulting from a dedifferentiation step of plant cells of a plant of the genus Rosa sp. followed by a clarification step and a stabilization step, as an active agent for the care of keratinous substances, in particular for the care of the skin such as aged skin. It also relates to said culture medium, the cosmetic composition comprising it and a cosmetic treatment method using said composition.
