To provide a stridor detection device that is capable of easily detecting the stridor at the severe asthma attack and the stridor of a person having a large body weight or BMI, and provide a stridor detection method and a stridor detection program.SOLUTION: A stridor detection device 1 includes: a breathing sound volume deriving unit 43 for deriving a breathing sound volume of a subject, based on a sound measured by a first sound measuring instrument M1 for measuring a pulmonary sound of a subject; and a stridor detection unit 44 for extracting a maximum point from strength distribution every frequency of this sound, and detecting the stridor based on the information of the maximum point. The stridor detection unit 44 is configured such that the detection sensitivity of the stridor is set in a high value when the breathing sound volume becomes out of a specified range rather than when the breathing sound volume becomes in the specified range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
