摘要

To provide an effective introduction method of an ethynyl group in fields of organic synthesis and chemical biology by stabilizing ethynyl benziodoxolone which is highly thermally unstable.SOLUTION: The above described problem is solved by isolating as a crystal ethynyl benziodoxolone complex stabilized by taking a solvent X into ethynyl benziodoxolone and letting n X represented by the following formula (1) coordinate and using the same in a reaction for introducing an ethynyl group. Ris hydrogen, an alkyl group having a linear or branched structure constituted by C1 to C5 carbon atom, a chloro group, a bromo group, a fluoro group, a nitro group, and a cyano group, X is acetonitrile, chloroform, ethyl acetate, water, n is molecular number of a solvent represented by any integer or fraction, and a crystal composition is formed by being taken into a crystal ethynyl substituted hypervalent iodine.SELECTED DRAWING: None
