PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aerosol-type hair dye or decolorizing agent composition having good extensibility at the time of application, stability under high temperature conditions, and hair dyeing property. An aerosol-type hair dye or decolorizing agent composition, both of which are selected from (A) glycerin, polyethylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, diglycerin and 1,3-butylene glycol. It contains at least one kind, (B) polyoxyethylene alkyl ether, (C) higher alcohol having 16 to 22 carbon atoms, and (D) oily component (excluding the higher alcohol described in (C)).
