To provide an impact absorption sheet excellent in impact resistance which is suitably used as a raw material of an adhesive sheet for adhesively fixing a component constituting a portable electronic apparatus to an apparatus main body, and to provide an impact absorption adhesive sheet having the impact absorption sheet, a front face plate fixing impact absorption double-side adhesive sheet, a back face plate fixing impact absorption double-side adhesive sheet, and a back light unit fixing impact absorption double-side adhesive sheet.SOLUTION: An impact absorption sheet has at least one or more impact absorption layers in each of which a maximum value of a loss tangent tanδ at a frequency of 1.0×10to 1.0×10Hz at a temperature of 23°C is 0.84 or larger.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
