PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method and an apparatus capable of suction-removing a crushed material without leaking to the outside at the same time as crushing. SOLUTION: An injection nozzle is housed in a housing so as to be rotatable around the center of the vertical axis, a tubular rubber is hung from the lower end of the housing, and pressure is applied from above during crushing work to press the tubular rubber on a pavement surface.
