To provide a work classification device capable of properly classifying a work performed by multiple people into group work and personal work.SOLUTION: The work classification device includes: number detection means that detects the number of workers in a work area by analyzing video information which is obtained by picking up images of the work area where workers are working; behavior detection means that detects behaviors of the workers; classification means configured so as to, when the number of workers is determined as multiple from the detection result by the number detection means, execute a series of first classification processing to classify the work into group work and personal work on the basis of the detection result by the behavior detection means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
