PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy for estimating a factor which have caused a feeling of a contributor represented on a submission.SOLUTION: A feeling factor estimation support device 1 comprises a storage unit 13 that stores a feeling factor word dictionary in which a feeling word representing a feeling of a contributor is associated with a feeling factor word representing a factor which has generated the feeling represented by the feeling word for each attribute of a contributor of a message, an acquisition unit 141 that acquires a submission message created by the contributor, an attribute estimation unit 142 that estimates the attribute of the contributor having created the submission message, an extraction unit 143 that extracts the feeling word included in the submission message, and a selection unit 144 that selects a factor character string being similar to the feeling factor word which is associated with the feeling word extracted by the extraction unit 143 in the feeling factor word dictionary corresponding to the attribute of the contributor estimated by the attribute estimation unit 142, from the submission message.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
