PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier for affinity chromatography having a high flow rate characteristic and target material capture characteristic although a protein ligand is used.SOLUTION: A carrier for affinity chromatography is modified by a hydrophilic polymer and linker compound.
