To provide a propylene-based resin composition which is adapted for heating treatment at 121°C, is furthermore excellent in transparency, flexibility and impact resistance, and is suitable for a packaging bag for heating treatment, and to provide a propylene-based resin sheet for a packaging bag for heating treatment using the propylene-based resin composition.SOLUTION: The propylene-based resin composition for a packaging bag for heating treatment is provided that satisfies the following condition. The propylene-based resin composition contains 15 wt.% or more and less than 70 wt.% of a propylene-based resin composition (A) satisfying conditions (A-i) to (A-iii), 1-34 wt.% of an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer (B1) satisfying conditions (B1-i) to (B1-ii), 1-34 wt.% of an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer (B2) satisfying conditions (B2-i) to (B2-ii) ( the total of B1 and B2 is 35 wt.% or less in 100 wt.% o of the propylene-based resin composition (X) ), and more than 15 wt.% and 50 wt.% or less of a propylene-based resin (C) satisfying conditions (C-i) to (C-ii). The total amount of the propylene-based resin composition (A), the ethylene-α-olefin copolymer (B1), the ethylene-α-olefin copolymer (B2) and the propylene-based resin (C) is 100 wt.%.
