To provide a lighting fixture in which a fixture on which a washer is mounted beforehand can be mounted on a lighting fixture, and in which the fixture does not come off, to provide a mounting structure of lighting fixture and to provide a luminaire including these.SOLUTION: A lighting fixture which is mounted on a luminaire includes: a fixture for fixing the lighting fixture to the luminaire; a connection member fixed to the lighting fixture and fixed to the luminaire by the fixture; an end part lid arranged at an opening part of a translucent cover for covering a light source of the lighting fixture; and a washer to be engaged with the fixture. The connection member has a lighting fixture side connection part on which the fixture is mounted. The lighting fixture side connection part has a fixture insertion part which forms an open end in which an edge part is cut out and in which the fixture is fitted in via the open end, and when the connection member on which the fixture is mounted and the end part lid are mounted on the lighting fixture, the end part lid covers the open end.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 19
