PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine a taxi route and payment amount adapted to conditions of all users of a share-ride taxi.;SOLUTION: A seller data acquisition unit 24a acquires seller data including first taxi route information set by the seller for selling the taxi route. A public data providing unit 24b generates public data to be displayed on an electronic device on the basis of the seller data. A bidding data acquisition unit 24c acquires bidding data including a payment amount for taxi share-riding set by a bidder for bidding of the taxi route and information on a second taxi route at least partially overlapping the first taxi route.
