To provide a project matter distribution support system capable of swiftly and appropriately identifying the distribution destinations that should be in charge of processing the project matter generated in an organization.SOLUTION: The project matter distribution support system performs the steps of: receiving a project matter document, which is a document that describes the contents of the project matter; generating a topic tendency analysis table showing frequency of appearance of topics included in the project matter document; and generating a piece of filter information which is a piece of information for extracting information corresponding to the topic type, which is a topic classification unit, from the topic tendency analysis table. A classifier is prepared for each topic type, and each classifier is provided with a topic tendency analysis table filtered with the filter information corresponding to the corresponding topic type as input; thereby the project matter distribution destination candidates are selected to output the distribution destination candidates for each selected topic type.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
