PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a laser measuring apparatus, a laser measuring method and a laser measuring program capable of obtaining three-dimensional image information (coordinates) of a measurement object located in a place where laser light cannot be directly irradiated.SOLUTION: The laser measuring apparatus comprises: a reflection plate 2 which is set in advance at a position where a measurement object can be irradiated with reflected light; and a three-dimensional laser measuring instrument 1 having a control section 11 with which laser light emitted from a laser light source 15 is reflected by the reflection plate 2 to irradiate the measurement object, and light returning from the measurement object is received by a light receiving unit 16, for obtaining the coordinates of the measurement object from the distance obtained from the time difference between the received time and the emitted time, the angle at which the laser light is emitted toward the reflection plate 2, and function information related to the inclined attitude of the reflection plate 2 which is created by measuring the distance and angle to a predetermined measurement preparation point with the three-dimensional laser measuring instrument 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
