PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology effective as Legionella bacteria countermeasure while preventing damage of a system component material in accompany with execution of the countermeasure in a water-cooled substation provided with a cooled body and a cooling tower.SOLUTION: A Legionella bacteria countermeasure system 30 includes an ozone sterilization device 31 disposed on a flow channel in which circulation water is circulated for taking out spray water sprayed in a cooling tower 22 (24) to remove generated heat of cooled bodies 1-3 by heat exchange with the circulation water and returning the same to the cooling tower after decomposing ozone, an ozone water supply system 35 (36) including a flow channel for openably and closably connecting a flow channel in which the spray water passes and the ozone sterilization device, and a control device 32 for controlling at least one of the ozone sterilization device and an opening/closing state of the flow channel of the ozone water supply system according to magnitude relationship of a determination value calculated by using a dissolved ozone concentration detection value of the ozone water at an ozone feed port 31o and a threshold value determined by using a temperature detection value of the ozone water at the ozone feed port.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
