To solve problems of a conventional lid-attached container including a water flask that is intended primarily for transporting/carrying a liquid and is cylindrically shaped, problems which make storing difficult particularly in a business bag having a thin and square basic tone, which make superimposing and arranging without having gaps impossible because full flatness (even flatness) is not a feature, resulting in failure in storing liquid in a book shelf or the like without having gaps, and which also make efficient packing and transporting without having gaps impossible concerning conveyance in corrugated cardboard boxes, for example.SOLUTION: With engagement devised between the body and the lid, all six faces can be fully flat (evenly flat) even in a state of a closed lid, which facilitates storage into a bag, which makes storing of a liquid possible without having gaps in a book shelf or the like, and which also makes efficient conveyance possible without having gaps in transporting in corrugated cardboard boxes, for example.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
