PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perm method that reduces damage to hair and can be carried out in a short time.SOLUTION: A perm method is provided for forming a hair of a subject into a desired shape. The perm method comprises: a first step of ironing the hair to extend the hair without shampooing the hair of the subject coming to a store; a second step of applying 1-liquid of the perm to the hair; a third step of leaving the hair with the 1-liquid applied thereto only for a predetermined time, washing the hair with water, and drying the hair; a fourth step of ironing the dried hair and extending the hair; a fifth step of applying 2-liquid of the perm to the hair; and a sixth step of leaving the hair with the 2-liquid applied thereto only for a predetermined time, washing the hair with water, and drying the hair.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
