PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a summary sentence creation model learning device, a summary sentence creation device, a summary sentence creation model learning method, a summary sentence creation method and a program which facilitate creating a summary sentence in abstractive sentence summarization using a neural network.SOLUTION: A set of pairs of reference sentences each of which consists of one sentence, and correct summary sentences of the reference sentences is inputted, and dependency trees indicative of dependency relations of words or phrases are generated with respect to the reference sentences, and Oracle compressed sentences are extracted on the basis of minimal dependency trees including all of content words included in the correct summary sentences in common with the reference sentences, out of partial trees of the dependency trees to generate a set of pairs of the correct summary sentences and the Oracle compressed sentences, and a summary sentence creation model for creating the correct summary sentences from the Oracle compressed sentences is learnt on the basis of a set of pairs of the Oracle compressed sentences and the correct summary sentences.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
