PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method to change a reservation of a parking space by retrieving a new parking space in a case that another person starts to use a reserved parking space.SOLUTION: When a vehicle enters a previously reserved parking space 21a, a vehicle sensor 25a detects an approach of the vehicle and notifies a smart phone 5 of a reserving person of the approach of the vehicle. The reserving person ensures whether the vehicle is a vehicle of the reserving person or a vehicle of another person and replies through the smart phone 5. In a case that the vehicle is another person's vehicle, a reservation management apparatus 4 retrieves another new vehicle space, upon finding a new parking space, the smart phone 5 of the reserving person is notified of the new parking space and a reservation is revised. In a case that no free space is available in a reserving parking lot, a parking space in another parking lot is introduced to the reserving person. As a result, even if another person starts to occupy the parking space by mistake, a parking space can be provided securely for the reserving person.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
