PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulator bind for indirect live-line construction, which can readily and surely fix a wire to an insulator.SOLUTION: An insulator bind 10 includes a pointed body 1 and an eye handle 2. Further, the insulator bind 10 includes a mobile body 3 and a striate body 4. The pointed body 1 can intrude into a neck part Gn of an insulator G. The eye handle 2 is connected rotatably with the pointed body 1. Further, the eye handle 2 includes a connection part 21 on a base end part. Still further, the eye handle 2 includes a feed screw part 22 at an intermediate part. The mobile body 3 is screw coupled with the feed screw part 22 and screws the mobile body 3 in the shaft direction of the feed screw part 22. The striate body 4 includes a rotating shaft part 41 rotatably connected with the mobile body 3 and a pair of inverted parts 43/43 in which a wire W is freely introduced. By abutting the pointed body 1 to a neck part Gn of the insulator G, by engaging a pair of inversion parts 43/43 with the wire W, and by using an insulation operation rod 7, the wire W can be fixed to the neck part Gn of the insulator G in a state where the eye handle 2 is rotated to one direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
