PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ticket validity determination system for correctly determining validity of a ticket.SOLUTION: A ticket validity determination system comprises: an acquisition part 10 for acquiring a ticket ID; a storage part 12 for associating voice data for registration with the ticket ID and storing them; a control part 13 for making a transmission part 17 transmit character string data for collation which indicates a character string being different from a character string for registration in which the voice data for registration is voice data of a speaker who uttered the character string for registration; a character string determination part 14 for determining whether or not a character string which is indicated by the character string data for collation is recognized from the voice data for collation; a speaker determination part 15 for collating the voice data for collation and the voice data for registration, and determining whether or not speakers of the voice data for collation and the voice data for registration match; and a validity determination part 11 for determining whether or not a ticket indicated by the ticket ID is valid, based on determination results of the character string determination part 14 and the speaker determination part 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
