PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detecting throwing timing concerning a technique for detecting user's throwing-up of a fight device that collects information or the like such as aerial photographing.SOLUTION: A magnetic pattern registration unit 302 detects, via a magnetic sensor 301, and registers a magnetic pattern in a magnetic pattern memory 303 in a first mode.
