PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To presume that a plurality of clients are in a same family even when households are different.SOLUTION: A family relationship presumption device includes: a storage unit for storing first client household identification information for identifying a household of a first client who is an existing client and first client information including information from which age of the first client can be specified; second client household identification information for identifying a household of a second client who is not the existing clients; a first acquiring unit for acquiring second client information including information from which age of the second client can be specified; and a first presumption unit for presuming a family relationship between the first client and the second client based on the information from which age can be specified when the second client household identification information included in the second client information acquired by the first acquirement unit and the first client household identification information included in the first client information stored to the storage unit are the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
