PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide vascular network encapsulated cell embedding beads whose composition is similar to autologous bone and which have a high bone regeneration efficiency.SOLUTION: A present invention relates to a vascular network encapsulated cell embedding bead characterized by comprising a cell embedding bead containing an osteoblast or a cell capable of differentiating into an osteoblast and a biocompatible hydrogel; and a cell capable of constructing a vessel that coats the cell embedding bead. The invention also relates to a production method of a vascular network encapsulated cell embedding beads characterized by comprising producing a droplet that contains an osteoblast or a cell capable of differentiating into an osteoblast and a biocompatible hydrogel, and hardening the biocompatible hydrogel to produce a cell-embedding hardened gel-formation body; culturing the cell-embedded hardened gel formation body while it is floated and aggregating with cell tractive force to produce a cell embedded bead; and co-culturing the cell-embedded bead and a cell capable of constructing blood vessel and encapsulating the cell capable of constructing blood vessel on the surface of the cell embedded bead.SELECTED DRAWING: None
