PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjustment necessity/unnecessity determination device capable of automatically determining whether or not a shaft position has to be adjusted.;SOLUTION: An adjustment necessity/unnecessity determination device 1 of the present invention determines whether or not to need adjustment of deviation from a shaft position of each shaft provided in a processing machine 2 performing processing, after the processing of a workpiece is performed.
