To provide an infusion delivery device capable of accurately managing a minute infusion delivery amount without an infusion coming into contact with a sensor.SOLUTION: An infusion delivery device comprises: an air bubble introducer 300 that intermittently introduces air bubbles so that the inside of a tube 200 is partitioned alternatingly by a liquid column configured by an infusion and an air bubble column configured by an air bubble; a sensor 400 that from outside of the tube 200 in a sensing region B, performs sensing on liquid columns and air bubble columns circulating inside the tube 200; an infusion delivery amount detection unit 500 that measures a liquid column length and detects an "infusion delivery amount" on the basis of the measured liquid column length; and an air bubble remover 600 that removes the air bubbles introduced inside the tube 200.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
