PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trajectory data processing method, a trajectory data processing program and a trajectory data processing device that can appropriately reduce calculation amount.SOLUTION: A trajectory data processing device acquires trajectory data having a node number more than or equal to a specific node number, by referring to a storage unit that stores a plurality pieces of trajectory data including a plurality pieces of location information each associated with any node of a plurality of nodes associated with identification information being different each other. The trajectory data processing device calculates a common node number for each pair of the acquired trajectory data. The trajectory data processing device generates distribution information of a pair number for each common node number based on the calculated common node number. The trajectory data processing device determines other node number being less than the specific node number based on the generated distribution information and a specified pair number. The trajectory data processing device outputs a pair of the trajectory data of the node number between the specific node number and the other node number.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 20
