PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a system for a real estate property introduction support device capable of easily making a study visit schedule and a real estate property introduction support program.SOLUTION: A real estate property introduction support device is associated with date information showing a date on which a study visit can be made and stored as study visit meeting information. A study visit applicant for looking for a real estate property allowed to be visited and studied operates a terminal device to access to a property introduction site provided by the real estate property introduction support device. In a property introduction site, a calendar P11 for each month is displayed, and a schedule information page P1 corresponding to a date on which the property number P12 allowed to be visited and studied can be visited and studied based on date information is displayed. When a visit and study applicant selects a desired visit and study date from the dates allowed to be visited and studied which are displayed in the calendar P11, the estate property introduction support device reads visit and study meeting information and transmits it to the visit and study meeting information page 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
