To provide a moulting selection machine which can efficiently select seeds of camellia oleifera, thereby improving quality of a tea oil.SOLUTION: A selection belt conveyor 62 is connected to a moulting mechanism 47 via a selection transport groove 61, a selection groove body 63 is provided on the selection belt conveyor 62, a selection guide block and a selection partition block 64 are provided on the selection groove body 63, and a selection material discharge block 66 is provided on the selection groove body 63 at a position near an inner apex of the selection transport groove 61. Only one seed of camellia oleifera can pass a gap between the selection material discharge block 66 and the selection belt conveyor 62, a selection port 65 is provided in the selection partition block 64, and a selection push block is fitted into the selection groove body 63. The selection push block is located on a frame 1 and is connected to a selection cylinder which is oriented in a cross direction. A selection light flux transmitter is fitted into the selection push block, and a reflectance flux receiver is located on an inside surface of the selection push block.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
