To assist efficient adjustment of a work schedule implemented to a virtual base providing a virtual machine.SOLUTION: A work schedule adjustment assisting system assists adjustment of a work schedule to a virtual base providing a virtual machine. The system: stores virtual base information as information on the virtual base, and worker information as information on a worker who performs work; stores a candidate work schedule as a candidate of the work schedule; accepts a desired work schedule as the work schedule desired by a user of the virtual machine; determines whether or not the candidate work schedule can be changed to the desired work schedule on the basis of at least either of the virtual base information and the worker information, when the desired work schedule does not agree with the candidate work schedule; and stores the desired work schedule as a registered work schedule when it is determined that the change is possible.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
