An operation management server includes a setting unit configured to set, at the recorded application time, configuration information corresponding to the application time in the target system, a collecting unit configured to collect setting information of a current target system from the set target system; and a confirming unit configured to confirm a match or a mismatch between the collected setting information and the configuration information corresponding to the recorded application time.
