The plurality of computer devices interconnected by an Internet communication protocol including a subset of the computer devices being used by clergy. A multi-tiered selection of pastoral services provided by the clergy and including an on-call service for clergy to respond on-site or by remote video/audio communication to a crisis situation 24/7 in real time. The plurality of computer devices interconnected by the Internet communication protocol facilitate contacting said clergy to provide the multi-tiered selection of pastoral services.
