bacillus amyloliquefaciens qv15 stimulating the secondary metabolism of phenolic compounds and the ability to inhibit raspberry and strawberry extracts on enzymes related to the metabolic syndrome refers to the bacterial strain bacillus amyloliquefaciens qv15 (cect 9371), a microorganism from the group of bacteria gram positive, of the genus bacillus, stimulant of the secondary metabolism of phenolic compounds, enhancer of the extracts of fruits and raspberry and strawberry leaves on the enzymes related to the regulation of blood glucose (alpha-glucosidase), of hypertension (enzyme of conversion of the angiotensin (yuck)) and inflammation (cyclooxygenase-2 (cox-2)). this bacterial strain was isolated from the pinus pinea rhizosphere, on nutrient agar (pca), and was characterized from the morphological, biochemical and genetic point of view by sequencing the 16s gene. can be used in order to improve the properties of the extracts with regard to their application in enzymes related to the metabolic syndrome, or in order to modify the secondary metabolism, to improve the phenolic compounds in plant species of agronomic, pharmacological interest and food, and obtain a greater amount of active ingredients and / or novel foods with a standardized phenol content.
