ORAL RELEASE MEDICATION MODIFIED BY AT LEAST ONE ACTIVE PRINCIPLE IN THE MULTIMICROCAPSULAR FORM. The field of the invention is that of oral pharmaceuticals or pharmaceutical compositions, more particularly of the type of those comprising one or more active ingredients. The purpose of the invention is to provide an improved oral medicine that can be administered in one or more daily ingestions, with modified release of the active ingredient (in particular an active ingredient), allowing to improve the prophylactic and therapeutic efficacy of that medicine. This purpose is achieved by the multimicrocapsular oral galenic form, according to the invention, in which the release of the PA is governed by a double mechanism of activation of the release: "activation time" and "activation pH". This drug comprises microcapsules of modified release of the active ingredient, each comprising a core comprising the active ingredient and one or more swelling agents and at least one coating that allows the modified release of the active ingredient.
