noise-free spectral decoding method, and noise-free spectral decoding method, a context-based arithmetic coding apparatus and method, and a context-based arithmetic decoding apparatus and method are disclosed. the context-based arithmetic decoding device can determine a context of a current tuple-n to be decoded, determine a more significant bit context (msb), which corresponds to a msb symbol of the current tuple-n, and determine a model of probability using the tuple-n context and the msb context. subsequently, the context-based arithmetic decoding apparatus can perform decoding on an msb based on the determined probability model, and perform decoding on a less significant bit (lsb) based on a lsb bit intensity derived from a process of decoding in an escape code.
