It has at least two transverses (5)6,7) placed with sliding capability,at least one tank top (8) mounted on the tractors (5, 6, 7) to support at least one railway (2) in the water area (3) and at least one control device (14) to guide the position of the water bed (8) in the construction transition (1),where at least one sailplane (8) has a rail connection (13),with which the tank liner (8) can be fitted with a sliding position on the rail (2). In this case, according to the invention, the tractors (5, 6, 7) and the control device (14) are arranged under at least one hull (8).
