REFERENCE OF A CONDITION TO A COMMUNITY TRAIN SYSTEM USING TRAIN CONFORMITY

The invention refers to methods to inform an eNodeB about the power status of a user's equipment to a mobile communication system using: assembly of load-bearing components (CC). Further,the invention also refers to the execution of these methods from material and their execution into software. The invention proposes procedures that allow eNodeB to recognise the state of use of power of an EU in a communication system withuse of carrier aggregation. The EU shall indicate in eNodeB when the EU is close to using the maximum EU transmission power or when it has exceeded it. This is achieved by the EU including a recognition and/or new MAC CEs in one or morenarrower protocol data units transmitted to corresponding carrier components within a single subframe providing eNodeB with power status information. MAC CEs may announce an upper power margin across the EU. Alternativelythe MAC CEs may indicate above power margin per CC and/or power reductions applied to the respective CCs of the uplink.
