The precast concrete panel (1) is provided on the contact surfaces with tongues (2) and grooves (3), between which there is a cavity (5) open from above. Inside the panel (1) there is an anchor (6) provided with a jaw (8) which is provided with a recess (7) which copies the shape of the cavity (5). The panel joint is formed by inserting an anchor pin (11) into the cavity (5) and encapsulating it with a fast-curing fixing compound (12). The solution reduces the consumption of concrete, improves the flatness of the finished walls and strengthens the head part of the panels (1), so that it is possible to directly connect the wall panels (1) to the ceiling structure without the need to make reinforced concrete reinforcing wreaths.
